Managing Director
Reece holds a big background within the corporate hospitality sector and is well equipped to ensure that the company is operated to the best it can be and ensures that a positive brand image is set out to all of the head office team.

Jordan Kilcoyne
Operations Director
Jordan is responsible for the overall operation at OV-Group and ensures that all of the Managers and operators are well equip with leading offers and advice to ensure that their sites can reach their full potential.

Paul Walsh
Pub Systems & Compliance Manager
Paul's role is to ensure that all of the pub's systems are operational and running as normal. Paul will ensure that all sites have the best technologies to impove customer experience and staff effieicency. Paul also manages our Hopsy system and audits sites to ensure that they are compliant and are operating within their remits and responsibilities in line with the Licensing Act 2003.

Jayne Topping
Regional Director
Jayne is at the forefront of the Regional Operation here at Inn's & Taverns. Her vas knowledge of the industry enables her to lead our sites and their teams to the front of the market. Jayne has been an operaor and worked in head office roles in the past for large scale, national pub companies.

Karen Walsh
HR & Office Manager
Karen manages all things that come through our front door and is a vital part of the team; she handles all of our administrative duties such as loading new staff to our HR systems, managing all of our employees E-Learning and training development and is a key communications person to the rest of the Head Office team and sites.
